Help product people understand technology — and build with it

Our goal is simple: every product manager and product owner should understand technology well enough to work as a real partner to engineers, and confidently build real products with AI.

The problem we see

Many product people sit in engineering discussions where the words — migrations, endpoints, tokens, caching, CI — go by faster than the meaning. They nod, write it down and hope it will make sense later. Meanwhile AI coding agents have made it possible for anyone to build software, but without fundamentals it is easy to ship something that looks finished and is insecure, fragile or impossible to maintain.

What we believe

• PMs don’t need to become engineers. They need a working mental model of how software is built, run and changed.
• Understanding comes from doing. You learn an API for real the first time you call one and read the error.
• AI is a teammate, not magic. The skill is giving it clear requirements, context and acceptance criteria — and reviewing what it produces.
• Security and quality are product concerns. Exposed keys, missing permissions and untested flows are product risks, not just engineering ones.
• Respect the learner. Nobody should feel stupid for not knowing a term — and nothing should be simplified until it is wrong.
