Technical skills for product people — learned by building

TechPMer is a hands-on course for product managers, product owners and founders who work with engineers. You learn how modern software actually works, then use AI coding agents like Claude Code and Codex to build and ship a real product of your own.

Who it is for

• Mid-level and senior PMs and POs who want to follow engineering discussions and ask sharper technical questions.
• Aspiring Technical Product Owners preparing for more technical roles and interviews.
• Founders and product people who want to prototype and ship an MVP with AI instead of waiting for a dev team.

You do not need to be a developer. The goal is not to turn you into a software engineer — it is to make you a technically confident, AI-native product builder.

How the course works

The core track, Build & Ship With AI, runs for 12 weeks with four short days per week. Every day has a written day guide that explains the concepts in product terms and tells you exactly what to do next — including ready-to-copy prompts for Claude and other AI tools.

• Learn: how browsers, frontends, APIs, databases, authentication and deployment fit together — and why each one matters to your product decisions.
• Build: set up Git, GitHub and an AI coding agent, pick a pet project and build it step by step.
• Ship: deploy to production, add SEO, analytics and error tracking, and review your own AI-generated code for security and quality.
• Check yourself: a short quiz at the end of each day and a personal AI mentor that explains, quizzes and reviews your prompts.

What makes it different

• Product first. Every concept answers two questions: why does a PM need this, and where will it show up in my work?
• Practice over video. Short reading, then doing — in your own project, with your own AI agent.
• Disciplined AI building. Not “make me an app”, but plan → define → architect → generate → review → test → secure → deploy.
• Honest about trade-offs. We separate facts, common practice and opinion, and teach concepts that stay useful when tools change.
